Jennifer Bellotti has extensive work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and psychology. Jennifer has worked with various organizations and held multiple roles throughout their career. Jennifer's most recent position is as the Executive Vice President at Full Spectrum ABA, where they have been working since March 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Director / Research Director and a BCBA at the same company. Before joining Full Spectrum ABA, Jennifer worked as a BCBA at Creative Solutions in Home Health from 2017 to 2018. Jennifer also gained experience as a BCBA Intern at Esperanza Community Services from 2015 to 2016. Jennifer's earlier roles include working as a Behavior Therapist at United Supports for Autism from 2014 to 2015 and as a School Psychologist / BCBA Intern at Rockville Centre School District from 2013 to 2015. Jennifer also served as a School Psychology Intern and Teaching Assistant at Rockville Centre School District from 2010 to 2013.
Jennifer Bellotti completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Molloy University in 2008, where they focused on sociology with a minor in psychology. Jennifer went on to obtain a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in School Psychology from LIU Brooklyn between 2009 and 2013. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from LIU Post, graduating in 2015. Jennifer further continued their education at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, completing their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Behavior Analysis from 2015 to 2018.

Full Spectrum Behavior Analysis, LLC, is a Florida based company founded upon the science of Behavior Analysis as the chief means of improving the lives of individuals with Autism and Developmental Disabilities. We are dedicated to the ethical and effective practice of Applied Behavior Analysis for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. Our staff of over 200 ABA practitioners sets us apart from other companies. We have 8 PhD’s in ABA and Special Education who are Doctoral Level Behavior Analysts (BCBA-Ds). We also have countless Masters prepared practitioners in both ABA and Special Education as well as Bachelors prepared BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians to support our BCBA directors. In addition, Full Spectrum has a number of former ESE teachers who are now BCBAs working within our company making education-based behavior analysis one of our specialties. We currently provide ABA services to hundreds of clients in various settings to include Special Education Private schools and in-home therapy throughout the states of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee and Mississippi.
