Ashley Cheyemi McNeil is an experienced professional in the fields of education and research, currently serving as the Director of Education and Research at Full Spectrum Features since September 2021. McNeil held the position of ACLS Leading Edge Fellow and was previously a Mellon Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Iowa from August 2019 to September 2021. Prior roles include Program & Project Manager at the Student Innovation Fellowship at Georgia State University, Membership Manager at the South Atlantic Modern Language Association, Instructor at Georgia State University, Assistant Editor for the Amerikastudien/American Studies Journal, and Volunteer Research Assistant at the Center for Pan Asian Community Services. McNeil has a robust academic background, holding a Ph.D. in American Studies from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and a Ph.D. in Multiethnic Literature from Georgia State University, complemented by a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from Salisbury University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from the University of Washington.
