Kent Spraggett

Kent Spraggett is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in audio design, IT support, and team leadership. Currently serving at Full Swing Simulators since September 2019, Kent previously held roles such as Equipment Coordinator at FMAV for a brief period and Technical Services Manager at Xilica Audio Design, where Kent provided 24/7 North American support for DSP processors. Prior to that, Kent worked at IBM Canada, progressing from Technical Support Analyst to Team Lead, overseeing significant projects and ensuring operational excellence within tape library management. With foundational experience as an Audio Technician and Producer, coupled with education in commercial UAV operations, Kent brings a diverse skill set to the technology and audio production fields.
