Allen Hou

Allen Hou has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Allen most recently worked as a Human Resource Director at Full Truck Alliance since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the same role at Xiaomi Technology from January 2021 to February 2022. Allen also has experience as an Associate Director in management consulting at Deloitte China from May 2018 to December 2020. Before that, they served as the Vice General Manager of HR Department at HNA Technology Co., Ltd from August 2017 to April 2018. Allen also worked as a Training & Development Senior Manager at HNA Technology from September 2016 to August 2017, where they established L&D frameworks and designed effective programs for talent engagement. Allen gained experience as a Leadership Development Consultant at Novo Nordisk from April 2013 to September 2016, where they were responsible for general skills training solutions, training result evaluation, and vendor management. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Development and Training Supervisor at COFCO Corporation from November 2010 to March 2013, and as a Secretary from November 2009 to October 2010. Allen began their career as an Editor at Sina Com Technology (China) Co. LTD from September 2008 to September 2009.

Allen Hou has an extensive education history. Allen obtained a Master's degree in Chinese Modern History from Peking University from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in History from the same institution from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Sociology from Peking University from 2004 to 2007.

Furthermore, Allen Hou participated in an exchange program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, where they studied History and Sociology from 2005 to 2006.

Before their university studies, Allen Hou graduated from The High School Affiliated to Beijing Normal University in 2003, focusing on Liberal Arts.

In terms of certifications, Allen Hou has obtained several qualifications in the field of coaching and leadership. This includes becoming a WIAL action learning coach from AMA GLOBAL in August 2016, a certified interpreter for Leadership Effectiveness from Korn Ferry Hay Group in April 2016, and a certified trainer for Belbin team roles from 上海银通企业管理咨询有限公司 in August 2015. Allen also obtained certifications as an interpreter for Firo-B assessment from CPP, Inc. in May 2015, a trainer for Everything DiSC from Wiley Publishing, Inc. in March 2015, and a trainer for MBTI from CPP, Inc. in February 2014. Additionally, they became a certified interpreter for Hogan assessment from Mobley Group Pacific in June 2011.
