Paid Media Coordinator

The Paid Media Coordinator will assist in managing self-serve campaigns across search and social platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and more! The Paid Media Coordinator will also be responsible for weekly pacing and optimizations across all platforms, working with Sr. Paid Media Manager to ensure budgets are spent efficiently to hit monthly and quarterly KPIs across all stages of the marketing funnel. The Paid Media Coordinator will develop and maintain internal audit documents and reports. Working with the Senior Paid Media Manager and VP of Marketing, this position will routinely audit and provide strategic direction on ad creative and audience targeting. 

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain pacing documentation, ensuring budget and lead goals are in line with media plan projections
  • Ongoing paid search and social media monitoring and optimization of evergreen and seasonal media campaigns
  • Keep up with trends and updates in paid media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Research, execution and launches of new campaigns across various self-serve platforms
  • Deploy A/B testing and CRO tactics on a regular basis
  • Make data-driven recommendations on new audiences and platforms
  • Set up and launch paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
  • Ensure ad creatives and copy meet platform requirements and align with brand guidelines.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
  • Work with creative teams to develop engaging ad content and visuals.
  • Monitor campaigns to ensure proper pacing and performance.
  • Competitive analysis and research
  • Adheres to all confidentiality and compliance regulations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education & Work Experience:

Required:

  • Google Search, Display, & Video Certification

  • At least 2 years of PPC management experience, preferably in the B2B Saas industry

  • At least 2 years of paid social media experience

  • A/B Testing Experience

Preferred:

  • Google Search Professional Certification

  • Knowledge of landing page best practices

  • Looker Studio experience or similar data visualization tool

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or a related field
