Allison Kaufman

Allison Kaufman is an accomplished Senior Designer at FULLBEAUTY Brands, bringing extensive experience in the fashion industry through roles such as Freelance Designer for Haddad Brands and Designer for New York & Company, where original, customer-focused designs were created for the Active collection. Previous positions include Associate Designer at Dress Barn and Assistant Designer at Macy's, focusing on seasonal direction and production management, respectively. Early experiences included internships with notable brands such as Elie Tahari and Rebecca Taylor. Allison holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fashion Design from Syracuse University and has furthered education with studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology and the University of the Arts London, in addition to a minor in Entrepreneurship from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management.
