Scott Milligan

Scott Milligan currently serves as the Director of Building Services at FULLBEAUTY Brands since April 2023. Previously, Milligan held the position of Regional Facilities Manager at Envigo, overseeing engineering compliance within the RMS Estates Division, managing global health and safety standards, and ensuring construction projects align with industry best practices from March 2021 onwards. Prior to that, Milligan worked as Operations Manager at CBRE from July 2012 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing a team for 19 remote facilities, overseeing maintenance and safety, developing substantial budgets for projects, negotiating vendor contracts, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
