Alena Štícha, CFM®, currently serves as the Director of Corporate Real Estate at FullBloom, where a dynamic and results-driven approach is applied to managing corporate property portfolios, with expertise in strategic lease negotiations, facility operations, and space planning. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Facilities at Huntington Learning Corporation, where extensive skills were utilized in overseeing building operations and maintenance while managing diverse teams to provide efficient facility services. Alena's early career as Operations Manager at Elias Associates, Inc. involved procurement of construction and design supplies along with financial planning activities. Alena holds an MBA in General Management and Human Resources from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Human Studies and Philology from the University of Warsaw.
