Jonas Cohen

Jonas Cohen has extensive experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. Jonas currently works as a Partner & Practice Lead at Fuller Landau LLP, where they lead the Corporate Finance and M&A team. Jonas'sresponsibilities involve providing services such as buying, selling, due diligence, and corporate finance for clients. Prior to this role, they worked at Deloitte as a Manager and Senior Consultant in M&A and Transaction Services. In these positions, they were involved in planning, executing, and reporting on various M&A transactions, and also conducted due diligence for acquisitions in various industries. Jonas started their career at Deloitte as a Staff Assistant and Senior Accountant, where they led teams and conducted audits for large clients in industries such as consumer business, manufacturing, and mining.

Jonas Cohen has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from York University. Jonas also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Additionally, they have obtained a Chartered Accountant Designation from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
