Justin Heap is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in the creative industry, currently serving as the Founder and Owner of The Curious Human Agency since April 2025. In addition to this role, Justin operates as a Creative Consultant at Crowe, focusing on human-centered design initiatives, and is a Co-Founder of Pax Coworking Studio. As the Director of Content & Resource Development for Missio Alliance, Justin leads innovative strategies and oversees various creative projects. Other notable roles include Graphic Designer & Illustrator for Fuller Theological Seminary, and consulting for numerous clients, including a freelance position as Lead Graphic Designer for Twitter.
