Walter Lim

Walter Lim is the current Managing Director Clinical Services & Singapore Deputy Managing Director at Fullerton Health. Prior to this, they were with Integrated Health Plans (IHP) from January 2015 to September 2019, where they were Managing Director. Walter was responsible for the P&L and PMI for corporate health business in Singapore and the regional client base. Walter also forged partnerships with insurers, insurance brokers and financial advisory firms.

Before IHP, Walter Lim was with EDBI Pte Ltd from January 2011 to December 2014 as AVP Investments. Walter managed the deal cycle for healthcare & life-science fund with a focus on Health IT and MedTech. Walter was also involved in portfolio management, overseeing the restructuring and divestment of Biotech investments.

From 2007 to 2010, Walter Lim was Practice Lead at MOH Holdings Pte Ltd (Singapore). Walter was responsible for Singapore's National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) strategy "One Patient One Record".

Walter Lim started their career as a Physician with SingHealth in 2002 and left in 2007 to join MOH Holdings.

Walter Lim holds an MBA from INSEAD, where they graduated with distinction. Walter also holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore. Prior to their tertiary education, they attended Raffles Institution.
