Chuck Cooper is the President and Founder of Whitewater Consulting LLC, a firm established in January 2019 to provide HR solutions aimed at enhancing clarity and peace of mind for business executives and leadership in privately owned companies with 10-350 employees. In addition, Chuck serves as a Member and Co-Sponsor of the Exit Planning Exchange (XPX) - Charlotte chapter, a collaborative community focused on helping business owners prepare for successful transitions. Chuck is also a Member of Trustegrity® since June 2023. Educationally, Chuck holds a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture from Illinois State University and an Associate's degree in Agriculture from Lake Land Junior College.
