Joëlle Catheland

Joëlle CATHELAND currently serves as Directrice des ressources humaines at fulll since November 2021, where responsibilities include participating in corporate strategy and defining HR policies aligned with strategic objectives. Prior to this, Joëlle held various HR roles at Visiativ, including Responsable développement RH and HRBP Pôle Intégration, focusing on talent retention, recruitment policies, and staff development. Joëlle began their career as Responsable Ressources Humaines at Groupe T2i, overseeing recruitment and personnel management, and has held assistant positions in HR at Ricerca Biosciences and spie batignolles. Joëlle earned a Master 2 in Psychologie du travail from Université Lumière Lyon 2 and a Licence in Psychologie from Université Vauban Nimes.
