Maxime Baziadoly has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Maxime started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at Surfer's Shop, where they supported the shop manager in various tasks. In 2011, they worked as an International Marketing Assistant at Dragon Alliance for a few months. The following year, in 2012, they held the position of Project Manager at Jardin des marques. During this time, Maxime also founded and served as the Editor in Chief of Neverthelens.com, an online platform dedicated to action sports and custom motorcycles. In 2014, they joined Quiksilver and took on various roles within the company, including Salesman, Global Marketing Intern, Assistant Global Marketing Manager, Global Brand Coordinator, and finally, Global Marketing Strategy Manager. Maxime worked at Quiksilver until 2020 when they became the Head of Experience at Fulllife, a Gameswear Company.
Maxime Baziadoly received their education from various institutions. In 2008, they attended EF Language School in Redondo Beach, California, USA, where they focused on improving their English language skills. From 2009 to 2012, Maxime studied at BEM Bordeaux Ecole de Management, specializing in Marketing and Management, and earned their SUP'TG degree. Later, from 2012 to 2014, they pursued further education at KEDGE Business School, obtaining an ESC Master degree in Marketing and Management.
