Tony Skauge

Tony Skauge has a diverse work experience that spans over 17 years. Tony began their career as a Classroom Teacher in Pendergast Elementary School District 92 from July 2004 to January 2006. Tony then worked as an Education Specialist-Student Programs at the Science Museum of Minnesota from January 2006 to May 2011, where they were responsible for designing and developing student and teacher programming.

In 2011, Tony joined Edmentum as a Sr. Education Consultant, where they assisted in staff planning, implementation, assessment, and evaluation of student learning. Tony also worked closely with Sales, Professional Services, and clients to deliver professional development services. Later, they served as a Services Program Manager at Edmentum from November 2016 to April 2019, where they managed and built various Professional Services plans to support the organization.

Tony Skauge then joined Sourcewell Technology in April 2019 as a Sr. Customer Services Delivery Manager, overseeing customer service delivery models and all supporting roles. In April 2020, they were promoted to Vice President Customer Experience, where they strategically led and managed a team to achieve business outcomes and provide outstanding customer service. Tony also focused on building internal consulting skills and promoting diversity and inclusion within the organization.

Most recently, Tony Skauge joined iTutor.com Inc. in November 2021 as a Sr. Director Solutions Consulting. In this role, they developed and led a new Solutions Consulting team, worked across the organization to promote iTutor products/services, and positioned iTutor solutions to prospective customers.

Throughout their career, Tony Skauge has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to customer service.

Tony Skauge holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Education Technology from Concordia University-St. Paul, which they obtained from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate education at Minnesota State University Moorhead from 2000 to 2004, majoring in Elementary Education. In addition to their academic qualifications, Skauge has obtained a certification in Change Management from Prosci in January 2020.
