Jason Demma is a seasoned creative strategist with a diverse background in marketing, design, and technology. Currently serving as a Creative Strategist at FullON Strategy since February 2023, Jason focuses on integrating creative problem-solving with strategic planning. As the Creative & Humanity Officer at Ceptor Club and a Partner at Razbit, Inc., Jason combines artistic skills with leadership, driving innovation in TTRPGs and providing comprehensive marketing solutions for businesses. With experience as Chief Marketing Officer at Mr. Kringle & Company and a history of creative roles spanning over a decade, including a stint at Northeastern Illinois University, Jason has demonstrated expertise in brand alignment and project execution. Jason holds a BFA in Theatre & Communications from DePaul University.
