James Wilson

Founder, Strategist, Creative Director at Overdrive Design Limited

James Wilson has had a diverse work experience in the field of design. James founded Overdrive Design Limited in 1986 and held roles as a strategist and creative director. James also became a member of the Association of Registered Graphic Designers in 1998. In 2000, they joined Connestoga College as a PAC Advisory Board Member. James later worked as a senior advisor at the Communication Designers Association starting in 2011. Additionally, they served as a digital media instructor at Sheridan College from 1997 to 2001. Earlier in their career, they worked as a creative director at Texcom from 1986 to 1989 and as a designer at the City of Toronto from 1984 to 1986. James also gained experience as a designer at Clearlight from 1981 to 1984.

James Wilson has studied at OCAD University, York University, and has pursued a field of study in the Department of Theatre at York University and Communications and Design at OCAD University. The exact years and degree information are not provided.
