About

The two co-founders of FullScope IT, Joe Barker and Scott Mitchell, have a long history of working in the IT industry. Joe Barker has experience as the CTO of Kincaid Network Solutions, LLC, and Scott Mitchell has experience as the President of Binara, Inc. and the Chief Systems Integrator of Intelligent System Solutions. Both Barker and Mitchell have also founded their own IT companies in the past, Adaptive Computer Technologies, Inc. and The I.T. Workshop respectively. In addition to their experience in the IT industry, Barker and Mitchell are also both highly educated, holding degrees in Psychology and Management of Information Systems from Arizona State University.
