Eric Pare

Eric Pare is a seasoned professional in information security and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Information Security at Fullsteam since January 2025, where responsibilities include managing the National Security Compliance program and developing the Business Information Security Officer program. Previously, Eric held roles at HCLTech, including Security and Product Integrity Senior Manager, overseeing compliance with US National Security obligations and enhancing security frameworks. Eric's career also includes positions at H&R Block as Information Security Team Lead and Senior Information Security Analyst, as well as a Senior Associate in Technology Risk Advisory Services at RSM US LLP. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Information System Technology from The University of Kansas.
