Ryan Shelton

Ryan Shelton is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and operations management. Currently serving as the Manager of Platform Operations at Fullsteam since February 2025, Ryan previously held the position of Software Engineering Manager at CARIAD, Inc., where leadership of an 8-member infrastructure engineering team resulted in significant improvements in ticket resolution times and the implementation of successful disaster recovery initiatives for the Volkswagen Automotive Cloud. Ryan's career also includes a substantial tenure at F5 Networks, initially as a Software Engineer and later as a Software Engineering Manager, where Ryan managed a CI/CD build automation team and collaborated on integration services for over 100 developers. Ryan began the technology career as a Software Developer at DayPort, Inc. and holds a degree from Kansas State University.
