Douglas Chau

Douglas Chau has a range of work experience in technical and managerial roles. Douglas is currently working as a Principal Technical Specialist at FullStory since July 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Miro as the JAPAC Support Engineering Manager / Technical Consultant from May 2022 to July 2023. Douglas also has experience at Active Campaign, where they held multiple roles including T2 Global Support Manager, APAC Product Support Manager, APAC Product Specialist Team Coach, and Product Specialist from 2019 to 2022. Earlier in their career, Douglas worked at the Outdoor Media Association as a System Manager from July 2015 to July 2017, and at NTT DATA Figtree Systems Pty Ltd as a System Administrator from April 2014 to July 2015. Douglas also worked at the Australian Electoral Commission as a Polling Place Manager from March 2010 to 2015 and at Microsystems as an IT Support Officer from December 2013 to March 2014.

Douglas Chau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney, which they completed from 2013 to 2016. Douglas also obtained a Diploma in Information and Communications Technology from Western Sydney University in 2012-2013. In 2017, they attended General Assembly for User Experience Design. Additionally, Douglas has obtained a certification in Miro essentials from Miro in 2022.
