Genevieve Jooste has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Genevieve currently serves as the Enterprise Customer Success Director at FullStory since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Khoros from 2016 to 2022, holding roles such as Senior Director, Director of Social Strategic Services, and Senior Strategist. At Khoros, they strategically led a global team, managed client support for several reputable brands, and oversaw various social and marketing initiatives.
Before joining Khoros, Genevieve worked at Edelman from 2015 to 2016 as an Account Supervisor - Digital, where they developed and executed digital and social strategies for clients. Genevieve also worked at Taylor as an Account Supervisor and Senior Account Executive from 2012 to 2015, and at Allen Tate Realtors as a Social Media Coordinator from 2010 to 2012.
In addition, they gained experience in diverse roles such as Secretary/Events/Program Manager at Social Media Charlotte, Volunteer Coordinator at TEDxCharlotte, and Social Media Intern at Sports Media Challenge/The Foundation for Tomorrow. Genevieve also worked as an Account Executive at Luquire George Andrews and as an Account Coordinator at Behrman Communications.
Throughout their career, Genevieve has demonstrated expertise in client support, social media strategies, crisis management, rebranding campaigns, influencer marketing, and content strategy.
Genevieve Jooste obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Colgate University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they received certification as a Facebook Certified Community Manager from Facebook in September 2020.
