Guillaume Uys

Guillaume Uys has a range of experience in engineering and software development roles. Guillaume is currently working at FullStory as the Sr. Director of Engineering, a position they have held since December 2023. Before that, they served as the Director of Engineering at FullStory from October 2021 to December 2023. Prior to FullStory, Guillaume worked at Vrbo as a Senior Engineering Manager from August 2018 to September 2021. Guillaume also has experience at HomeAway, where they held roles such as Senior Engineering Manager, Software Engineering Manager, and Staff Software Engineer from 2015 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Guillaume held positions at Blackbaud, Clarus Agency, ACI Worldwide, and S1 Corporation, where they gained experience in software engineering, development, and management. From 1999 to 2012, they served as a Lead Software Engineer at S1 Corporation, with responsibilities including requirements gathering, design, development, and implementation of Electronic Funds Transfer Interfaces for Banks and Retailers.

Guillaume Uys obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from the University of Stellenbosch in 1999. In 2022, they earned a certification in the Fundamentals Certification Exam from FullStory.
