Milton Vargas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in retail and real estate. Currently serving as Assistant Store Manager and formerly as Sr. Store Supervisor at Republic Bank since October 2018, Milton has a proven track record in customer service, having worked at TD from September 2017 to October 2018. Prior to entering the banking sector, Milton was a Real Estate Agent at REMAX Real Estate from May 2016 to July 2017 and at Weichert, Realtors from July 2014 to May 2016, offering expertise in property enhancement and rental assistance. Earlier career experience includes an Assistant Store Manager position at Walmart, where Milton successfully interviewed over 900 candidates and developed comprehensive training plans for new employees.
