David Manuel

David Manuel has a diverse work experience in the government and non-profit sectors. David is currently serving as the Fulton County Director of Arts & Culture since June 2021. Prior to this role, they were the CEO/Founder of I Am a Father 5K, Inc. since April 2015. David also held multiple positions at DeKalb County Government, including Cultural Affairs at DeKalb County from February 2018 to June 2021, Division Manager from December 2010 to June 2021, and Interim Deputy Director, Recreation, Parks & Cultural Affairs from November 2010 to February 2018.

David Manuel attended the Atlanta College of Arts & Design from 1984 to 1988, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a specialization in Advertising & Design.
