Bernadette Taylor

Bernadette Taylor is the current Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Fulton Financial. Bernadette has been in this role since 2019. Prior to joining Fulton Financial, Ms. Taylor was a Senior Consultant at MetLife from February 1988 to May 1994. Ms. Taylor began their career at Hamburg Savings Bank in January 1979, where they held various positions over their five year tenure before leaving in December 1983.

Bernadette Taylor has a Ph.D. in applied psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology, an M.S. in applied psychology from Stevens Institute of Technology, and a B.S. in psychology from Fordham University.
