E. Philip Wenger

E. Philip Wenger has been the chairman and CEO of Fulton Financial Corporation since January 2000. Prior to that, they were the chairman and CEO of Fulton Bank from January 1998 to January 2000.

E. Philip Wenger received their MBA from Penn State--Harrisburg and their Bachelor of Science in Finance from Penn State University.
