Pete Moulton

Pete Moulton is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Vice President of Agent Development at Fulton Grace Realty since August 2022. Prior to this role, Pete held multiple senior leadership positions including Senior Vice President of Agent Services and Director of Agent Services and Training at d'aprile properties from January 2019 to August 2022. Pete founded CMPGN LLC, where innovative software solutions were developed leading to significant increases in agent productivity. At Dream Town Realty, Pete contributed to the growth of agent count and sales volume during tenure as President of Agent Services. Earlier experiences at @properties and Coldwell Banker included leading brokerage services, managing large teams, and enhancing operational effectiveness across multiple offices. Pete holds a degree from Loyola University Chicago and graduated from New Trier High School.
