Drina van der Merwe

Drina van der Merwe is an experienced bid management professional with a strong background in leading tender submissions and bid programs. Currently serving as a Bid Manager at Fulton Hogan since October 2025, Drina previously held the position of Bid Submission Lead at Brian Perry Civil from November 2021 to October 2025, where the focus was on non-priced attributes and client outcomes. Prior to that, Drina took a sabbatical after serving as Bid (Tender) Manager at BVi Consulting Engineers - BVi Group from March 2008 to June 2020, where the establishment of a national bid division was achieved, managing submissions across multiple offices.
