Jerry Duffy

Jerry Duffy is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Regional People & Culture Manager for Fulton Hogan since October 2024, Jerry previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sunwater from March 2022 to October 2024. Jerry's career with Fulton Hogan began in June 2009, where various roles included Senior HR Advisor, Advisor People, HR Administrator, Payroll Administrator, and Administration Assistant until March 2022. Earlier, Jerry worked as Site Secretary/Payroll for the Clem 7 Tunnel (LBBJV) from June 2007 to May 2009. Jerry holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from TAFE Queensland.
