Annie Nelson

Annie Nelson possesses extensive experience in education, combining roles in curriculum development, teaching, and higher education. Currently serving as the Director of Curriculum and STEAM Instruction and previously as an instructional coordinator and 7th-grade ELA teacher at Fulton Science Academy Private School since 2021, Annie also has experience as a part-time assistant professor of reading education at Kennesaw State University. With a strong background in teaching English Language Arts across various grade levels in both public schools and universities, Annie has held positions that include language arts teacher, reading coach, and assistant professor at multiple institutions. Educational credentials include a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction, specializing in Literacy Studies, from the University of South Florida, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Advertising from the University of Central Florida.
