Lisa Green - Sphr

Lisa Green is a seasoned HR professional with over 30 years of experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Manager of Human Resources at Funai Corporation since December 2014, Lisa oversees HR functions for the North American sales and marketing subsidiary of Funai Electric Co., Ltd. Prior to this role, Lisa spent over 24 years at Chemring Energetic Devices, where responsibilities included managing HR operations, talent acquisition, corporate policy formulation, and strategic planning in the position of Manager of Human Resources, as well as serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources with a focus on senior-level recruitment and employee training. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at Hi-Shear Technology, where Lisa addressed employee relations and organized company events. Educational credentials include studies at UCLA and California State University-Dominguez Hills.
