Amanda Rodrigues has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Amanda began their career in 2008 at Banco Santander as an Assistente de Call Center, where they handled both inbound and outbound sales calls. After working there for three years, they moved on to SEBRAE in 2013 as an Analista Técnico, providing technical analysis. Amanda then joined Aragão & Aragão Corretora de Seguros in 2015 as an Assistente Administrativo, responsible for administrative tasks. Amanda's most recent position was at Funcional Health Tech, where they started in 2017 as an Auxiliar Comercial before being promoted to the role of Analista de Customer Success in 2019.

Amanda Rodrigues earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration with a concentration in Business Administration from Universidade Unigranrio | Afya from 2017 to 2020.
