Guilherme Andrade Lopes has had a diverse range of work experiences. In 2013, they worked as a Trainee in IT for the Prefeitura municipal de Osasco until 2015. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Service Desk Analyst at Stefanini. In 2017, they worked as an Infrastructure Support Analyst at PARLA! Contact Center until 2018. Guilherme then worked as a Technical Support Technician at Linx from 2018 to 2020, where they managed IT assets, provided technical support, and assisted with various IT tasks. In 2021, they worked briefly as a Support and Security Maintenance Analyst at Proteus Strategic Risk Management. Currently, they are working as a Jr. Cloud Infrastructure Analyst at Funcional Health Tech.

Guilherme Andrade Lopes completed their bachelor's degree in Systems of Information from Anhanguera Educacional, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a technical degree in Computer Networks from ETEC Cotia, specializing in Information Technology, from 2011 to 2012. In addition, they hold the certification of Scrum Fundamentals Certified, which was obtained in August 2020 from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
