Selah C. is a seasoned professional with experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving on the HBR Advisory Council at Harvard Business Review since August 2024, Selah provides strategic insights on management and leadership content. As the Director of Technical Programs at Function Health since May 2024, Selah focuses on innovative health optimization through comprehensive blood testing. Previously, Selah held the position of Chief of Staff to the CTO in Microsoft’s Global Partner Tech Strategy from November 2023 to May 2024, collaborating on industry custom Copilot solutions for private equity and venture capital accounts. Selah also served in the U.S. Army, first as Captain in the Army Futures Command, managing strategic IT partnerships, and as a Signal Platoon Leader, overseeing IT services deployment. Selah holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from the United States Military Academy at West Point and has educational background from Marion Military Institute and Francis Lewis High School.
