Camilla Dell'Adami de Tarczal has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In 2009, they started their career as a Retailer Supply Optimization Analyst at Reckitt Benckiser, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they joined Roland Berger as a Senior Consultant and remained there until 2018. During their time at Roland Berger, they gained valuable experience in consulting. In 2013, they volunteered at Dasra for a short period. More recently, in 2018, they joined Function of Beauty, where they held multiple roles including Director of Business Development, Vice President of Strategy, and Vice President of International. Their responsibilities at Function of Beauty focused on leading international expansion and strategic projects in the direct-to-consumer beauty space, reporting directly to the CEO.

Camilla Dell'Adami de Tarczal started their education at Politecnico di Milano in 2003, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering in 2006. Camilla then pursued a Master of Science in Management Engineering from the same institution, graduating in 2009. During their time in the master's program, they participated in a scholarship program at the Technical University of Munich in 2007-2008, focusing on Management Engineering. In 2008-2009, they also obtained a scholarship at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they conducted research on the economic impact of renewable energy development for their thesis.
