Jessica Swanson

Jessica Swanson is currently the Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) at Ergotron, where the focus is on creating innovative kinetic work environments. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Resideo from October 2018 to July 2025, including FP&A Director and Senior Finance Manager. Jessica's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at Honeywell, where roles ranged from Finance Manager to Commercial Excellence - Projects & Analytics Leader, overseeing critical financial projects and analytics. Additional experience includes financial roles at U.S. Bank, where responsibilities involved creating reports for senior management. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, with concentrations in Finance, Management, and Human Resources.
