Sarah Frimel

Sarah Frimel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product leadership and customer experience. Currently serving as Product Leader for Clinical Education at Functional Nutrition Alliance since 2023, Sarah previously held various leadership roles at Hyland from 2008 to 2023, including Director of Customer Experience and Head of Community. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Financial Healthcare Associates, Inc. and Apple. Sarah's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University, alongside certifications in Functional Nutrition Counseling and Human Resource Management, as well as a BA in Graphic Design.
