Terrence Winston

Terrence Winston is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion consulting, currently serving as a DEI Consultant at SEIU and as the Principal/Lead Consultant at Paradigm Time LLC. Additionally, Winston holds key leadership roles such as Co-Chair of the Board of Directors for the Restorative Justice Initiative (NYC) and Executive Director of the Coalition for Community Schools Excellence at the Fund for the City of New York. Previous experience includes consultancy with the NYC Department of Education, transformative practices facilitation with the NYC Administration for Children's Services, and various academic roles at New York University. Winston founded Rockheadz Basketball, demonstrating entrepreneurial expertise.
