The leadership team at Fund Ourselves has a long history of experience in design, engineering, and education. They have worked at companies such as We Buy Any Home, Everline, Wonga, and Freelance, and have also taught at schools such as korsayta Official High School, Andree Nahas High School, and Syr Official High School. They have degrees from Northumbria University, Cumbria Institute of the Arts, Cranfield University, Luleå University of Technology, Holly Spirit of Kaslik, and Al-Jâmi'ah Al-Lubnaniya.
