Eduardo Seiji Yamada

Eduardo Seiji Yamada is a highly experienced professional in the fields of building systems and sustainability, with a notable tenure at ASHRAE Brasil Chapter since July 2018, currently serving as President for the 2024-2025 term. As a technical manager at CTE - Centro de Tecnologia de Edificações since November 2007, Eduardo specializes in electrical, electronic, and hydraulic building systems, holding multiple professional accreditations including LEED® Accredited Professional and ASHRAE BCxP. Additionally, Eduardo has been an active educator, teaching postgraduate courses in renewable energy, sustainable construction management, and building automation at various prestigious institutions, including PECE Poli USP and Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Eduardo's prior roles include significant positions in project coordination and consulting in automation and telecommunications at various engineering firms, complemented by academic qualifications that include a Master’s degree in Building Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of São Paulo.
