Renata Dozzi Tezza

Renata Dozzi Tezza is the CEO and Founder of SAPIUS Treinamento & Desenvolvimento Humano, focusing on neuroinnovation consulting, strategic HR, and training programs since June 2019. Additionally, Renata serves as a Consultant and Facilitator for the "Empreenda Rápido SP" program at Fundação Vanzolini and as a Global Leadership & Team Coach at Global Coach Group. With a background in neuroscience and business, Renata coordinated the Neuroinnovation Committee for the Neurobusiness Society from August 2019 to July 2022. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Agronomy with an emphasis on Genetics and Bioinformatics from Universidade Estadual Paulista and a degree in Data Processing from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo. Renata's extensive experience spans various organizations, including roles in quality management at UNESP and technical support at Raízen.
