Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in both nutrition and business management. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been the Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management at Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a nutritionist at a private clinic, and teaching as a university instructor in applied mathematics to nutrition and history of food from 2016 to 2017.
