Eloi Morte Castelló

Eloi Morte Castelló is an experienced marketing and sales professional currently serving as the Marketing and Sales Chief Officer at Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera since July 2022, where a marketing strategy is developed for notable cultural facilities such as La Pedrera and Món Sant Benet. In addition to this role, Eloi holds the position of Marketing, Communication, and Events Manager at Believe Group BCN since June 2021, implementing strategies that enhance B2B/B2C sales and brand positioning. As the CEO and Founder of the Snow Queer Festival from January 2016 to October 2021, Eloi established the largest LGBTQ+ event in the snow in Spain. Previous experience includes strategic marketing roles at es collection and Queer Destinations, as well as foundational work with Rainbow Gay Tours and Unique Dreamers. Eloi served as Director of ACEGAL and has a background in the airline industry, working for easyJet, Vueling Airlines, and TUI Travel PLC. Educationally, Eloi holds a degree in Tourism from UAB, completed in 2006.
