Vanesa Dorado Crespo

Vanesa Dorado Crespo is an experienced specialist in labor equality, currently serving as an Especialista en igualdad laboral and Asesora de empresas in the Área de Igualdad de Oportunidades y No Discriminación at Fundación Cepaim since February 2023. Previously, Vanesa held the role of Responsable de Comunidad at KOIKI and spent nearly a decade at Fundación Cepaim in various positions, including Técnica del Área de Igualdad de Oportunidades, Gestión de la Diversidad y No Discriminación, where responsibilities included consulting and training for companies on equality and diversity management. Vanesa also has extensive experience in employability processes, having worked with multiple organizations such as the CEP de Sevilla, GPS, RADIO ECCA FUNDACIÓN, and IES Murillo. Educationally, Vanesa holds a degree in Pedagogía from Universidad de Sevilla, with a focus on project management.
