Beatriz Bahima is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and strategic marketing leadership. Currently serving as Marketing LAB Director at Fundación "la Caixa" since February 2016, Beatriz is spearheading digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and optimize company processes. Previously, Beatriz held various senior roles at Bacardi from 2002 to 2016, including Southern Europe Director of Engagement & Experiential, where responsibilities encompassed driving digital strategy programs and engaging consumers through innovative multimedia content. Beatriz holds multiple degrees, including a Data Executive program from ISDI and a master's degree from Esade, further complemented by specialized executive education in communication and sales strategies.
