Cristian Romo Penedo

Cristian Romo Penedo is an experienced professional in project management and CRM solutions, currently serving as a Gestor de proyectos CRM Salesforce at Fundación “la Caixa” since December 2022. Prior to this, Cristian held several roles at Mémora, including Team Lead Aplicaciones Cliente and CRM Specialist from January 2017 to December 2022, focusing on internal customer requirements, project leadership, and data reporting for CRM systems. Further experience includes working as an IT Consultant CRM at Innovar Tecnologías, where mentoring junior developers and consulting for banks and insurer services were key responsibilities, as well as a Sage CRM developer at Loggoss España. Cristian’s early career featured CRM and software development at Catalana Occidente, with emphasis on corporate sales and testing new IT technologies. Cristian holds an MBA in Project Management from EAE Business School (2018-2019) and a degree in Ingeniero Superior de Informática from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (2007-2013).
