Jessica Alfaro is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial inclusion and development. Currently serving as a Consultant to the Financial Institutions Group at the International Finance Corporation, Jessica has previously held significant roles including Manager of Global Partnerships at the Alliance for Financial Inclusion and Consultant for the SME Finance Forum within the World Bank Group. Additionally, Jessica contributes as a Volunteer Consultant for Fundación Nantik Lum, promoting entrepreneurship through microfinance. With a strong academic background that includes an MBA in Finance and advanced degrees in African Studies and Economics, Jessica has dedicated over a decade to enhancing access to finance for underserved communities and businesses globally.
