America Belmar Montero

America Belmar Montero is a seasoned consultant and advisor specializing in rural development, indigenous territorial development, gender integration, technical assistance, and training. Since February 2019, America has been working with Mineduc, Indap, Fundación Prodemu, Codesin Octava, Codei Ñuble, and Soderinteg, focusing on program and project development, administration, and evaluation. Prior experience includes roles as the Regional Manager for the Indigenous Territorial Development Program at INDAP Biobío from March 2012 to February 2019, and National Coordinator for the Indap-PRODEMU agreement at INDAP from February 2009 to February 2012. America also served as the Regional Executive Director for PRODEMU in La Araucanía from 2003 to 2006. America holds degrees from Universidad de Concepción and Universidad de Chile.
