Guillermo Gil Escudero

Guillermo Gil Escudero is a Doctor of Psychology, holds a degree in Philosophy and Education Sciences. Guillermo is responsible for the PISA project for Educational Centers in Spain, in cooperation with the MECD and OECD. He is Head of Service of the National Institute of Educational Evaluation of the MECD.
